Workshops/Conferences Fifth AgSTAR National Conference

The Fifth AgSTAR National Conference will be held in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on April 27-28, 2010. The conference will highlight the latest projects, technologies, and financial incentives, and will include technical presentations and exhibits. A tour of two local dairy farm digesters will be offered on April 26, 2010.

Site Tours: On Monday, April 26, from 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM, we will be conducting site tours of two local dairy farms with operating digesters. Roundtrip bus transportation will be provided. You may sign up for the tour when you register for the conference. The itinerary and more details are available on the draft agenda (PDF, 1 pp., 36 KB).

Hotel Information: A block of rooms is being held for conference participants at the Hotel Sierra from April 26-28, 2010. The hotel is currently taking telephone reservations for the conference at the rate of $78 single or $98 double, plus 13.5% state room tax. Call the hotel directly at 1-800-236-3330 to make your room reservation, and make sure to reference the "US EPA AgSTAR National Conference" room block to obtain the per diem rate. Reservations must be made no later than April 5, 2010, to receive this rate. After this date, the hotel may be able to offer the rate based on availability.
